I watched your video. It's like a modern version of the 1950s nuclear fright vids with reminders of air-raid drills. Best poster I saw from that generation was:

"In Case of Nuclear Attack

Squat to the floor with your head between your knees and kiss your ####### goodbye."

That still applies today.

Everyone needs a pick me up now and then. Click it, you'll enjoy it.
