About how long before I am given access to DS-260 and IV Fee?

we have received an email today regarding our IV fee bill.so hopefully it will be available in ceac website soon so we can pay it.i just want to know if do we have to wait for the DS-260 to get it done before we send them the supporting docs or we can send it after we pay the IV fee bill.

NVC accepted my DS-261 on the 3rd and I still don't have my IV fee.

YAY! Invoice and CEAC came through today . Thanks for the advice and support - it really is helpful knowing people are in the same boat and it isn't just us. Good luck all.

yesterday i sent my IV package yayy!!! with a copy if my 260 in it.. now cant wait to go to the mext step :") i miss my husband so much and all I wish is for us to be together as a family.. next month it will be a year since we got married

I submitted my DS261 on 28Feb and paid AOS fee on 3rd March. I still couldn't pay IV fee. It's lockedcray5ol.gif You all are very lucky. Hope i could pay my IV fee asapsad.png .

quick question, how did you submit the DS261 though? Do you have to get case # first? or you can submit anytime after your I-130 has been approved and they receive your case? Cause I wanna submit the DS261 too.. Thanks for help.

12/1/2017: Received RFE

12/7/2017: additional evidence sent and delivered 

2/2/2018: Green card mailed! Status changed!

quick question, how did you submit the DS261 though? Do you have to get case # first? or you can submit anytime after your I-130 has been approved and they receive your case? Cause I wanna submit the DS261 too.. Thanks for help.

Get case# and invoice ID first, then fill in DS261 and pay $88.
