mine showed paid in ceac portal march 11 and till now been 10 days havent receive my invoin in email.so i called nvc, talked to representative. told me to wait for another 2-3 weeks.. I sai WHAT DO YOU MEAN? i waited 10 days already. she said they have to review my DS-261. told them u will review it,its been completed already!! what the heck is she talking about???!! so upsetting ranting33va.gifranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

it has been reviewed and completed and now asking me to wait 2-3 weeks again!! so ridiculous!!ranting33va.gif

They won't invoice the IV fee until they have review the DS-261 in the office They were saying 10 busniess days from the day you submitted it, but I heard someone say they were recently told 20 days to review it. :( Sorry it is taking so long.

Hello everyone. I received my IVFee invoice and it says"do not send the payment to NVC new hamshire. Can u help me wer i can address the payment. And After paying the IVFee what will be the next step and how long i will take. Thank you

Do you not have a checking account to send the payment in online?

They won't invoice the IV fee until they have review the DS-261 in the office They were saying 10 busniess days from the day you submitted it, but I heard someone say they were recently told 20 days to review it. :( Sorry it is taking so long.

hi angela! i submitted ds-261 on march 3rd and i dont get it..it showed completed online already and was able to pay the aso fee as well on the 5th.. i called them last friday asked me to wait for another 2-3 weeks!! yesterday was my 20 days already.. urrggg!!!

we have paid the AOS fee and mailed the AOS docs required and waiting for the next step.from the date we received the packet from.NVC it takes a week only for them to process our DS-261 and AOS fee....let's see how.long it will take for us to go on in paying the IV fee and to fill up the DS-260..Godbless us all.

It's so frustrating to wait for 2months for our nvc packet to start the processing.but after we submitted the DS-261 and pay the AOS fee they instructed us to establish the AOS right away.hopefully they receive our AOS forms and docs today.but how long I have to wait for the IV Fee bill and for the DS-260 to be available?well I will keep you posted guys...goodluck to us...

Hi guys may I know how we will know if they already received our AOS?it is supposed to be there by yesterday.are we gonna see it in CEAC or they will email us? Thanks in advance

thanks jasmine.my husband said they got it last monday.so maybe we just have to wait till they billed us out the IV fee. Goodluck to us

Hi guys... i already paid my IV processing fee ($230). May i ask how long it will take to get the ds-260?

And my dad (petitioner) received also a documents. Im not sure what is it. But di i need to have a copy of those documents he received for interview??
