Hello, I hope everyone is doing great! I am a USC and is about to petition my stepson in the Phils too who is 8 years of age. I read that I have to submit a competed form I-130. Can anyone tell me what other documents and requirements should I submit? I already prepared a cover letter, payment of $420, completed form I-130, completed form G-1145, copy of my birth certificate, copy of my passport biographical page, copy of myself and my wife's marriage certificate and my step-son's copy of birth certificate. This is my first marriage so I don't have to provide any proof of termination of previous marriage. I wonder if these are all the requirements needed. Thank you in advance for any advice I can get.
