Enclosed please find Form I-485- Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Form I-864- Affidavit of Support , Form I-765- Application for Employment Authorization and all supporting documents.

My eligibility is based on admission as the fiancé of a U.S. citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen within 90 days of entry.

Contents includes:

I-485- Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

▪ Money Order: Payment in the amount of $325

▪ Money Order: Payment in the amount of $70 for Biometrics

▪ Copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action (NOA2)

▪ Copy of international Birth certificate

▪ Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate

▪ Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa

▪ Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

▪ Medical form I-693A

▪ Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet

▪ Two (2) passport size pictures

I-864 Affidavit of Support

▪ Federal income tax return, including W-2s for the years 2003, 2004, 2005

▪ Copy of LES from the most recent 6 months

▪ Letter from employer

▪ Proof of active military status

▪ Copy of birth certificate (front and back)

▪ Copy of identification page of passport

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

▪ Money Order: Payment in the amount of $180

▪ Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

▪ Two (2) passport size pictures

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

If I recall correctly you need two 325's - one for the sponsor and the immigrant, and 2 photos each. Also assume you're not applying for advanced parole (131)

9/11/06 - ND AOS package

9/14/06 - NOA AOS, AP and EAD

9/16/06 - Biometrics letter received

9/18/06 - All touched

9/19/06 - AP and EAD touched

9/20/06 - RFE notice by email (verify income and employment)

9/23/06 - Biometrics

9/25/06 - NOA I-130 (finally)

9/26/06 - Touched AOS and EAD

10/4/06 - Returned RFE materials by USPS Express mail

10/5/06 - RFE materials signed for by D Atwell

10/12/06 - E-Mail notification RFE material received 10/10/06

11/3/06 - Received interview notice (for 12/18/06)

12/18/06 - Approved with letter in hand (no stamp)

Im not applying for advanced parole since my family is coming to visit around june this year....

Nevermind, I believe the 325 for the sponsor should've been filed with your 130, so you're all set there. Too many documents and it's been a while since we filed.

Seems like you got it covered ... great idea that you double checked everything before you mailed you stuff, I have heard stories of RFE that has slowed down the whole process.

October 16, 2006 - Receipt NOA1 issued ---> (Day 1)

October 19, 2006 - Received NOA1 in mail for EAD and AOS

October 26, 2006 - Received Biometrics Appt Letter ---> (Day 11)

October 31, 2006 - Biometrics Appt in Birmingham, AL ---> (Day 16)

January 4, 2007 - NO TOUCHES SINCE BIOMETRICS ... ---> (Day 81)

January 5, 2007 - EAD APPROVED; CARD ORDERED ... THANK YOU JESUS ... ---> (Day 82)

January 16, 2007 - AOS no touches/transfers/updates ... still waiting ---> (Day 93)

April 11, 2007 - AOS INTERVIEW --- APPROVED ON THE SPOT -- GREENCARD ORDERED

It doesn't matter how you send it. You only should not put EVERYTHING on one check but rather only the AOS + Biometrics and then AP and EAD extra. You can also send extrachecks for AOS, one for Biometrics, one for EAD and one for AP.

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019
