You mean that the status on the website is changed to card production ?

If its only that it will change again a couple of times. If your greencard is send out the website should give you a tracking number.

It took me 2 weeks before it changed again that they send out the greencard and i got a tracking number.

it was changed to Card Production ("On February 25, 2014, we ordered production of your new card") on Feb 25.

and it changed to Card Production ("On February 28, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file") on Feb 28.

but since then, no update with the tracking number.

My wife never got a tracking number, she just got saying the card has been mailed out over a week later it came in the mail.... I would wait a week more then call them.

Now that I remember the funny part is when we did the removal of barriers and they gave her the 2nd green card we got the card in the mail before the case status was updated online. We signed up for email/text alerts and before the case was listed approved we had the green cards in hand. It was rare but that's how it happened for us.

Are you actually registered and signed onto the USCIS case status site? I believe you need to be signed in to see a tracking number. It won't display simply by entering your case # to quickly check status.

That is not true.

I can see the EAD tracking number without login.

Even i login, there is no tracking.

Well, I had read it worked for someone else that way on VJ, but if that doesn't help then I guess you have no tracking number. You could call them to ask about the status of your case and lack of tracking number.

infopass today. they said the approval date in the system was wrong. they made it in 2012. so as a 2-year conditional green card, it is already expired.

they destroyed the card. but they didn't follow up to correct it or send out a new one.

now we created a service request to NSC to correct it.

got a I-551 stamp in the passport.

I agree, if you signed in USCIS you will have more information than just add the receipt number on the USCIS web site.

You could see the history of the card and set up email alert/phone alert.
