Hi VJ's friends. It's been a while since I posted my last post 2 years ago. Now it's time to send my package of I751. Please have a look of our Table of content and let us know if we have good bona fide evidence. We live in NYC, so we don't need car. My husband & his mother bought his co-op before our marriage, so we don't have lease or a deed show our names on it.

Exhibit A: Application documents and fees

• Application fee - $505 (plus $85 biometric service fee) in a check of $590.00
• Form I-751: Petition to remove conditions on residence jointly filed by TV and D and supporting documentation.
• Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card) – Front and back

Additionally, please find enclosed the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

Exhibit B: Tax Returns
• Copy of US Federal and State Tax Transcript (married, filing jointly) for 2012
• Copy of US Federal and State Tax Transcript (married, filing jointly) for 2013

Exhibit C: Proof of residence, showing same home address
• Copy of D’s New York driver’s licenses, TV's NY ID
• Copy of our utility bills (gas, electric)

• Copy of mobile phone bill (family account)

Exhibit D: Financial documents demonstrating joint accounts and benefits
• Copy of joint Checking account with Chase and quarterly bank statements since 2012
• Copy of joint credit card 2013-2014 statements with American Express

• Copy of D’s health insurance policy that has TV as the beneficiary and insurance card with both our names

• Copy of Union Benefits card with both our names

Exhibit F: Travel documents, Affidavits and Photographs
• Various photographs capturing our life with friends and family between 2012 - 2014. Four pages with three photos each
• E-ticket reflecting trip to visit friends in Portland, OR, to visit T family in San Jose, CA and to visit friends in Philadelphia, PA

• Affidavit from D’s friend and coworker, confirming our relationship

• Affidavit from D’s mother, attesting to our marriage
