Hang in there guys! I know it is hard to wait and feeling helpless and clueless!

Remember one thing, they can only delay you! They cannot stop you (unless they have a reason to).

Good luck

Ok, I am the wife of zawa9 hahaha, yes funny name lol.....we got the notice that the papers are being transferred to NVC but they have not received it yet. I called USCIS and they said it can take 30 days to send them to NVC after being approved....are you kidding me...It only takes 2 days mail time. I called USCIS and they gave me generic just wait answers, not good enough for me so I asked for management and have been on hold just under 2 hours waiting for then to pick up...I am more then upset at them, any one else have this issue with calling them or should I insist on talking with any specific person to find out where our papers are? NVC says they have not gotten them yet and it has been now 15 days since approval.

Welcome to the NVC stage and I would suggest you read and reread the NVC wiki created by Saylin linked below. Add it to your 'favorites' bar and study hard.

It does take quite a long time to arrive at NVC for most people. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Join the thread I'll link below to be part of a group going through the same stage as you:

Good luck!

ps you may wish to update and correct both of your timelines. You don't have one created yet, and your husband's has the error of stating Armenia for the consulate and Texas as your service center - but I believe it was stated you were transferred from NBC to Vermont.:)

Yes I seen my husbands answers, he was a little confused on the exact places. I will advise him to update. I finally got a hold of USCIS and our case was transferred to NVC on the 22nd. I will be calling them next week to get updates, the only way to be rid of me is to process my papers lol. Thank you for the link, I will be reading that soon...We have all documents they may ever ask for in advance, I dont want to be waiting for them to ask for them. They can process all of this at one time and be done with it....I hope hahaha.
