Hello.

After 7 months since NOA1, we called USCIS live assistance line and was told to get a mail of RFE soon. But till today( after 16days), no any mail received. Did anyone experience this?

It's been awhile since me and Mav did this and got RFE's. There was no such thing as live assistance from USCIS at that time. It required a InfoPass Appointment at a local Office.

The RFE will go to the Petitioner and not the Beneficiary to answer. There are time limits to reply and respond quickly since you seem unsure when it was issued and asked. Do take this seriously.

Question? Did you hire an Attourney? If you did the RFE will go to that person and set on a desk for a long time. Yes, it happens. There in it for the money.

The Petitioner needs to contact USCIS and ask for the RFE Content and Question(s).

Thats my start to try and help you.

Thanks Tim/Mav.

I have a further question, does it have the expiry time for us to submit the paperwork? If they just gave us 30 days to response their request, then we would be dead.

Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? 7-months passes and still no NOA-1?. Hard to see past the lack of communication red flag to know how to comment about this.

We did not hire an attorney. We prepared documents by ourselves respectively. I already submitted an online request for not receiving notice by mail. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do.%C2'>
