I received my biometrics appoinment letter today for April 8. I'll try and do early walk-in tomorrow. I read people who tried early walk-in in Las Vegas were turned away but since I'm pregnant and the appt date is only 12 days before my due date maybe they could be nicer to me.. lol

How can you tell that "online states fingerprint fee was accepted" even before you get the email notification? Just wondering, since we don't have any receipt # to check status, before receive the e-notification, right?

How can you tell that "online states fingerprint fee was accepted" even before you get the email notification? Just wondering, since we don't have any receipt # to check status, before receive the e-notification, right?

When I received the notification and I got the receipt number I looked on online to check the status of my case that is what it said for my i485 so I believe my money order was cashed on that day and after everything was completed I got a notification for all 3 forms

I also filed my I130 as 1R-1/CR-1

Hi All! Thank God i saw this group..we sent our package last Feb 28, they received it on March 7 for i-485, for my EAD and AP was received March 05..got all 3 NOA's on March 10...EAD and AP is on Initial Review already but my i-485 is still on Acceptance..which is weird when i have my biometrics scheduled on Apr 03 already..

Is anybody got a notice of interview waiver? Or had the same situation as mine?i-485 should have changed also to Initial Review...well, now we just have to go through with the bio thing..have to postpone our vacay..lol!!
