If this is not required to be filled on your application, just leave it blank. if it is required, you can add a wide range, like from 25,000 to 45,000; but if they accept only one number, you can think what is the minimum you'd work for.

I have just been writing 'negotiable' when it asks. Just because I don't want to ask for too much and then they not call me haha.

Hi everybody,

I'm joining the March 2014 Filers group as I sent my AOS package late March and received the I-797C Notice of Action on March 25.

On April 1, I received another I-797C NOA to have my biometrics taken at the Baltimore USCIS Local Office on April 28.
I went there on this date, everyhing went great and pretty fast, got my notice back stamped.

As of today, the current status of my pending application for the I-485 form (GC) is still on "Acceptance" (I guess it has still not be updated yet) and for the I-765 form (EAD) is on "Initial Review".

I hope this time frame will help some of you. I personally hope to receive my EAD Card before next month, comparing to similar time frames.

I might create a timeline signature later to make it easier to read.

Patience is the key!

Hola! This is my first post, im excited for all those incredible stories i read here, and im living it right now too (F)

Im adjusting my status from K1 to permanent resident and i have one doubt about the papers,

I recive the K1 visa in Colombia, and travel the week after i recive it, so the question is>

can we use the same form I 864 affidavit support with the bank evidence that we used for the k1?

since i travel inmediatly after i recive the visa, the support is very recent, but i dont know if is better to ask again for the bank statements and make a new form...

would really apreciate your help,

Cheers!!

Hello Lore,

Welcome to the thread!

i personally didn't send the bank evidence when i filed for the adjust status. I sent only the I-864 form and the tax transcript of 2011,2012 and 2013. i didn't send the employment letter too. But I think if you want to send the bank evidence you could send what you use in K1 but i would include the latest evidence.

Lore,

The support documents will be the same such as paychecks, tax transcripts, USC birth certificate or US passport of sponsor, etc.. However, the form is different because K-1 visa is using I-134 and AOS is using I-864. So you need to make sure that you will fill out I-864 not I-134. Also, you need to have transcripts 2013 and I assume you have it because you just got interviewed. Good Luck.

Your application for EAD is pending more than 75 days so you can call USCIS to submit expedited. Dont tell them that you expedited because financial loss. You can see the note for I-765 near to the bottom page of processing time website below.
