Our NOA 1 date was 3/21 and we still haven't heard anything about it either. I called USCIS and they told me they have 90 days. I advised the guy that on the website it says we can submit an inquiry after 75 days, but he refused to do so. He said that just means that we're allowed to call after 75 days..... I swear idiots work there.

Wow! We called yesterday and we were given the option to expedite and I gave the reason of hardship due to financial loss and it was submitted--she said I should hear something within 15-30 days at the latest

I would definitely call back because that rep clearly did not know what he was doing

I was happy yesterday that I got my GC approval but when I went to work today, I got a shock when my boss told they will have to terminate me if I don't get GC or new EAD by Friday. This is because my current EAD expires on Monday. I am on Day 84 of EAD, got my GC approval but don't have physical card yet. That's what they want to see. It sucks badly. Thank you USCIS for being highly inefficient in my EAD processing. At the end, two things can happen. #1 I get EAD/GC before Friday, life goes smooth. #2 I don't get any of those. In that case I will be terminated but possibly get rehired later. I just hate the fact that there's so much uncertainty involved.

No updates. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Only thing I know is the interviewing officer told EAD went into production last Friday. Some folks here have been saying website is having issues. I don't know what the case is. I am just stressed out completely. I have requested an Infopass appointment for Thursday to see if I can get I-551 stamp on my passport. My employer said that will work. It sucks to drive 3 hours one way to Indianapolis again.

Hey guys,

My package i130 i485 i765 was received on 03/25/2014.

Biometrics was done on 04/16/2014 and i485 has been in the interview scheduling stage since, probably due to the LA office being busy.

I had expedited my i765 on May 27th and sent in evidence on June 2nd. I called uscis today and spoke to a tier 2 officer to check on the status. On the case website it is still in initial review and my LUD is march 31st but the tier 2 said that my i765 was approved on June 7th and card production was ordered. Had anyone else experienced delays in the online case updates? I told the officer about this and he said you can assume the online status is delayed, but the way he worded it was kind of weird.

I'd appreciate any help or replies. I'm currently working and my ead expires next week so I'm hoping i receive the card soon!! Thanks!!

I have heard many cases that online status is not changed at all. I did not receive any approval notice or we ordered the new card for you. It went straight from Initial Review to the message that we mailed your card on this date.

Did you give your email to them when you requested expedited ? I received an email from Missouri Office that was replying my expedited request on I-765.

I experienced it. See my earlier posts. It just beats me that USCIS works on systems that suck big time. They don't know how much relief just 1 update can bring to all of the poor applicants who sit in anxiety and agony of getting an update. Not saying USCIS has heartless folks but they are definitely not very concerned.

Sorry if I'm not replying to the right thread, I'm on mobile.

I know, I've been obsessively checking my status but I guess it was all useless. I received the notice for expedite via snail mail but I provided them with my email.

I am kinda worrying about my wife I-485 status because they dont update the status online so often. Her I-485 status is still at initial review for almost 3 months and most of people have done their interview or at least at Testing and Interview.

Yeah I'm worried too, most people have already received interview dates. I suggest you call uscis and speak to tier 2. They can give you the most up information . Only thing is the wait is almost always >45 minutes and the level ones are extremely reluctant in transferring you,. However they can't deny you a transfer if you demand it.

If she came on a K1 visa she might be a potential waiver case, so don't worry too much!

I already thought that she might get interview waiver. However, I also think that her application is hanging around somewhere and Immigration Officers will not look at for couple more months. It did not go smoothly either I-765 or I-131 until I expedited it.

NBC does not have processing time for I-485 so it is hard to know where they are right now. I understand that I-485 will be processed at local office but it might stay at NBC until the status changes to Testing and Interview.
