Finally, the status changes to card production on today without saying approved.

It is 82 days from the date of filing but the status of I-131 is still at acceptance status. My wife might receive a difference card for AP instead of combo card?

I assume your card production was for I-765. Congrats.

I am on Day 80, no EAD/AP yet. I-485 interview is on Monday.

Just got a notification my EAD card has been mailed! 72 days after being delivered to USCIS. It also went straight from Initial Review to being mailed, without the approved status. Anonymous885 - My AP still says Initial Review too, but from what I've read on the forums it will arrive as a combo card anyway.

AOS is still showing Initial Review even though I did biometrics nearly 9 weeks ago.

I called customer service about 4 days ago to request expedited due to the fact that my wife application is pending more than 75 days. I hope it is combo card and the I-485 is still at Initial Review.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

It's the same to my status. I was wondering if I would get only I-765 but no, I got my EAD just now and it says "serves as I-512 Advance parole" without any notification for I-131

I think the form G-1145 is only worked for the first time. Did you sign up an account from USCIS to receive text and email? I received an text and email by signing up an account.

Ohhhh I see, I just thought the form I attached was for the whole process. I haven't signed up for an account since my i-129f was being processed. That is probably why i didn't get an email, I will look into it on the website. Thankyou!

Hey! I got that notification yesterday and today (at 3:15am) I got a text saying that my interview date had been scheduled. I'd imagine you'll hear early next week - out timelines are pretty similar :)

I remember reading a platinum member saying that in order for I-485 to even begin processing, the I-130 needs to be approved, so if you're approved for I-485, you can essentially ignore the status of the I-130. It's so silly when it should be so easy to update the I-130 status!

PS. CONGRATS!!!!! :-D

Well today I had a my stepson and wife biometric . I never received my wife appointment and it was suppose to be this past April. Well I walked in today for my stepson biometric and no one was inline we had the whole place to ourself. So I asked and they pulled her info on the spot and my stepson. So I did manage to obtain her biometrics with no notice for the wife.

Now that's done. What is next ? Will it ead arrive first ?

I hope so! Although the status hasn't even gone into 'Testing and Interview' yet, so I don't know if it has to do that first. I don't mind waiting so much for the GC as long as I can work in the meantime.
