You should call them to get biometric appointment for your wife because it could be lost in mail for her. You can also make infopass. This fingerprint appointment has nothing to do with her last one in Mexico.

I think EAD and AP are at NBC for everyone. I continues going to USCIS website to check the status every 30 minutes lol.

The fact is that my wife got a job offer and she cant do anything until she gets EAD.

Her status of I-485 is ALSO at acceptance status. This is even more frustrating.

Sorry to interfere, but maybe because you are a k1 you might have a interview waiver letter from what im seeing with most of the K1s who dont have much movement...its not 100% sure but I wouldnt be surprised!

And I am already employed .. my current EAD (F1-OPT) expires on 16 Jun. My interview is on Jun 9th, so there's a good possibility I get everything done before 16th, but it's very very close. If I don't get GC/EAD before 16th, I have to quit my job

You are right that we ( K-1) might have 50/50 chance of having interview waiver. The fact is that the person who gets interview waiver might have to wait 6-12 months to have GC. Therefore, if you have interview, then you will get GC faster (Of course if you get approved) than interview waiver.

If my wife gets her EAD and AP, then we dont have to worry too much on how long it takes to get GC. However, it will push ROC and Naturalizarion back couple months. I want to stay away from USCIS as soon as possible lol.
