Hi guys we are march filer too, i had my biometrics last april 2 and still waiting for my ead/ap card. I checked the status and still under acceptance and initial review. I wonder if i should check and call the the USCIS to inquire about it. I checked some of the timeline of March filer and seems they got they EAD 1 month after their bio. Any advise or who among here still waiting for their EAD/AP. Thanks

I'm still waiting for my EAD and AP as well. They both statuses are under initial review. But I got an RFE so I think it's different from your case.

I just got the email saying my EAD card is in production :dancing: I hope I get it soon, although I'll have to hand it back in 3 weeks anyway lol

An update on mine - I had my AOS interview this morning (approved -yippee) . It was at the interview that I found out that my AP had been approved and my EAD issued for production the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. The IO said to tear them up when the arrived as my green card would only be a couple of weeks. Go figure. Not that I'm complaining.

If you're wondering why - we're a middle aged couple with a long history and from a low fraud country - not sure if any of those factors affected the timescale but I was expecting the EAD/AP about now and to have to wait (and probably not interview) for the GC.

I did my biometrics April 8th and haven't heard anything yet either, but I think the timescale depends more on your NOA1 date. Some people (like me) do their biometrics very soon after the NOA1, so then have to wait longer afterwards, whereas some people only do the biometrics a month or more after the NOA1. At the moment it seems normal for EAD to be approved 60-80 days after the date on the NOA1. You haven't filled in your timeline so I don't know what yours was.

So, a little bit of (bad) action on our case:

May 06: I updated my address online, as we moved from Kansas to North Carolina

May 12: case was changed to T&I

May 13: change of address confirmed

May 22: letter sent with interview date to July 1

And guess what???

My landlord in KS got my interview letter!! They schedule my interview to Kansas City (1200 miles away), when I'm already in North Carolina for 3 weeks!!!

So today, I had my interview cancelled (on the costumer service)....

And now, waiting for USCIS to reschedule it.
