USCIS.gov now showing my interview date of June 3rd.

Congrats!!! My priority date is one week behind yours so I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be lucky enough to get an interview soon!

AOS from VWP

17 March packet mailed (day 0)

21 March Priority Date (day 4)

27 March text/email NOAs received (day 10)

31 March hard copy NOAs received (day 14)

7 April Biometrics letter received for appt on April 28 (day 21)

11 April successful biometrics walk in (day 25)

29 April Testing and Interview ? (day 43)

8 May Date on NOA of interview schedule (day 52)

12 May received hard copy NOA of interview scheduled 16 June! (day 56) :dancing:

27 May email received stating EAD card is in production and my AP has been approved (day 71)

30 May email received stating EAD has been shipped, should arrive Monday! (Day 74)

2 June received EAD in the mail (day 77)

16 June INTERVIEW :dancing: APPROVED!!!! (day 91!!!!)

20 June email received stating Green Card picked up by USPS due to be delivered on Monday 23rd!!!

23 June my green card arrived :dance:

Total time from packet mailed to Green Card received 98 days!!!!

Hi Im a USC and my husband is another March filer, changing status from B2. Coming across this forum has really relieved my stress because atleast I am not the only one, anyone filing in the Newark, NJ area?

I really hope so! My husband only just went to his biometrics about 11 days ago, so I might still have sometime...fingers crossed! Goodluck to everyone and I hope its a speedy process.

As you are adjusting from K-1 and you haven't received RFE yet, you might be a case for Interview waiver. :) Good luck.

February 28- AOS package sent. ( I-130, I-485, I-765)
March 5- Package delivered to USCIS Chicago.
March 11- Email and text notification with Receipt Numbers.
March 14- Hardcopy of NOA1 for all three applications.
March 21- Received biometrics appointment letter for 04/04/2014
April 2 - Completed Walk in Biometrics appointment successfully. (Original Appointment was for 4th April)
April 9- I-485 Case status has been updated to " Testing & Interview "
April 16- Text and email alert for case update for AOS interview on 22nd May 2014.
April 18- Hardcopy of Interview notice received in mail.
May 22- AOS interview, approved on the spot and got stamp in my passport.
May 27 - Approval notice of I-130 and I-485 in mail.
May 29- Received GC in mail.

ROC Timeline:

Yeah, no RFE yet (hopefully none! :) )and both my EAD & AP status are still in "initial review", with AOS still on acceptance, based from the uscis website.

When can I know if I will be really really an interview waiver case? Should I be waiting for that in the mail?

Yeah, no RFE yet (hopefully none! :) )and both my EAD & AP status are still in "initial review", with AOS still on acceptance, based from the uscis website.

When can I know if I will be really really an interview waiver case? Should I be waiting for that in the mail?

Yes, they will mail you a notice. I am not sure about timing but seeing your timeline and as you haven't got RFE, you most probably will have your interview waived and if that's the case then your I485 status will stay in Acceptance stage and won't changed to testing & interview. About EAD and AP its same for all of us its stays in initial review until get approved and says "card production". On an average you can expect your EAD and AP to be approved 66/67 days after your Priority Date.

Would anyone have an idea as to how long I will wait before we hear something about an interview? I know everyone's waiting time varies but, I feel like everyone is getting their interviews so quickly!

it usually takes 3-8 months after biometrics, it all depends though you might be an interview waiver case and that could take longer or not, you might get RFE's or not. so that's why it varies.

He/she can't be interview waiver case he/she is not adjusting from K-1.
