You have to give them either job offer letter or you have to prove financial hardship to expedite your EAD.

About AOS thing, I guess your AOS hasn't changed from "Acceptance" Stage but you haven't got RFE so far. So I would take it as a good sign as most probably if they needed Initial or additional documents from you, you would have got RFE already. And as you are adjusting from K-1 visa there is 50% chance that you might not get an interview and your application will be approved without interview. Seeing people's timeline adjusting from K-1, I can tell you that those who got interview waiver letter had their AOS status in "Acceptance" stage, So you might be a candidate of interview waiver. Good luck.

I just got a RFE letter on Monday. It says that form I-864 was signed more than 1 year. It could be that my husband wrote date under his signature in 2013 instead of 2014. :cry:

SIGHHHH............

That's the only thing it says on the letter. I have to send the form again and make sure my husband writes the correct year :unsure:
