ughhhh. Its been 13 days and still we have not received the letter telling us what our RFE is for. The bright side.....I already received my tax transcripts in case thats what they are wanting. Frustrating not knowing what they want. Any suggestions on when I should start calling to have them resend the RFE?

It might or it might not.

Biometrics has to deal with FBI. because they want to see all our criminal records and it could take up to 3 -4 weeks.

The reason I know because my nursing school and board of nursing require the same things and they always tell us to do it earlier than anything else.

Be patient.

Well today is 2 weeks since my biometrics and still no change, hoping for some good news soon because my drivers license runs out in 4 days so I need that EAD!

Renewing driving license, depending on your state. In michigan, if you already have one, we just can go online and renew it. Or even walk in to SOS and get it done. No need to show EAD or visa. Check with your SOS or DMV website.

Thanks for the suggestion. Nebraska DMV are the least helpful people ever. I know it's possible to renew online for normal licences, but because mine expires on the day my I-94 expires I feel like they will need another type of proof of legal residence. I found a list of documents needed when applying/renewing your licence and one is a valid US passport, I-94, Green card or EAD, so I guess I'll have to wait.

Today is my actual biometric appointment but I cannot do it, because I have a cut on my finger. I went to my local office a few days ago and they asked me to come back only when it is COMPLETELY healed. It sucks.

February 28- AOS package sent. ( I-130, I-485, I-765)
March 5- Package delivered to USCIS Chicago.
March 11- Email and text notification with Receipt Numbers.
March 14- Hardcopy of NOA1 for all three applications.
March 21- Received biometrics appointment letter for 04/04/2014
April 2 - Completed Walk in Biometrics appointment successfully. (Original Appointment was for 4th April)
April 9- I-485 Case status has been updated to " Testing & Interview "
April 16- Text and email alert for case update for AOS interview on 22nd May 2014.
April 18- Hardcopy of Interview notice received in mail.
May 22- AOS interview, approved on the spot and got stamp in my passport.
May 27 - Approval notice of I-130 and I-485 in mail.
May 29- Received GC in mail.

ROC Timeline:

03/28/2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

03/29/2016: Package delivered.

03/31/2016: cheque cached.
