NAO1 3/18/14. Just noticed today on the CEAC status check that they sent out an RFE yesterday. Driving myself crazy wondering what it could be for. Probably related to my financial support form and docs. That seems to be the common request. On a happy note, she did her biometrics today!! At least it is moving foraward, just a pause, and not a denial.

Cant wait to see what the request is for, trying to get my surprise face on like christmas lol

We pretty much have the same timeline! Welcome to the journey!

We might be in the same timeline. i just checked my mailbox yesterday not on the day before so who knows? maybe it came on the same day as yours

@Samhunter: you've made my hope up. I'm really exited about the progress. I can't wait to get the green card and find a job after that. Right now I'm just staying at home, taking care of a cat and cooking food for my husband. I'm so bored during the day.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! I'm glad I found this group at least I have someone to talk to ^_^

You need to bring your appointment notice for biometrics appointment and your Photo ID, either passport or US government issued photo id like driver license, military id.

It will take no longer than 15 minutes to get through with this. They will take your fingerprints and your photo. Good luck.

Hello everyone!

I am getting ready to send in my documents for AOS but I have a question: I entered USA on a K-1 visa, I had a medical exam done back home, I have a copy of my Vaccination Sheet that the designated doctor had completed. Now, do I need to see a new doctor in the USA or just submit the copy that I have from the doctor from Romania? What you have done??

On the USCIS site, on I-485 instructions says: "If you are a K-1 fiance(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiance(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination suplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your Form I-485."

You may include the vaccination supplement with your Form I-485."

Was your vaccination completed? If yes, you can sent out DS3025 (vaccination form).

See below instruction for form I-693

3. What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical exam overseas?

If you were admitted as a:

a. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or as a

b. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and

c. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:

(1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination, and the medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition, or if you did have a Class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility and have complied with the terms and conditions on the waiver.

(2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you are required to submit the vaccination record and page 1 of Form I-693.

Good Luck

Good Luck

My DS-3025 Results is checked at: " Applicant does not meet vaccination requirements for one or more vaccines and no waiver is requested"

This mean is complete, right?
