That's absolutely appalling. Did you ask USCIS for an update? Please let the other NPIW people know over in the main thread (link above).

I called USCIS and spoke to Tier 2 (Immigration Officer) and he said nothing new. Asked me to wait for the next 6months as stated in the 2nd letter sent me

So I called USCIS for the first time since submitting my AOS. She said my local office (Boise) is currently working on cases from May 2014. I said I applied in March, and she said since I've already submitted a request that she couldn't do another one until the 30 days has passed.

She didn't say whether or not my case is actually at the local office and didn't acknowledge the NPIW at all. Feeling kinda indifferent to

the outcome of the call.

Guess I just have to wait out the 30 days and hope for good things? :/

They probably won't have anything new for you. But at the same time I'm curious to see what they tell you lol

I only spoke to a Tier 1 person, so maybe request a Tier 2 person and see if it helps any.

I think there's loads of March filers still waiting over in the main 'Notice Potential Interview Waiver' Thread. I think there has been just one approval for a March filer other than that they still seem to be on February 2014.

I didn't see a forum for april filers. So I figured I would post my frustration here.

I called last month and talked to a tier 2. They said they are working on June...

They sent a request to the national benefits center and I never got a reply.

I called this week and talked to a tier 2 and they hung up on me..........

Calling again Saturday as it will be exactly 6 months since I also received the interview waiver letter.

I'm requesting to talk to a SUPERVISOR this time.

wish me luck!

I will update.
