GR8 news! I called NVC today and was told "CASE CLOSED from yesterday!" wow! this feels soo good! The person i spoke to, told me i am now waiting for an interview date at the Kingston embassy, the person also said when that date is issued then i will receive an email. yeah! any idea how long i would be waiting for this date any Jamaicans out there?dancin5hr.gif

Everybody case is different some takes longer some shorter I wait 3 weeks for my interview date

thanks, but u are a K1 (fiancé), in this case they are definitely different because k1 can schedule their interview when ever they want with the embassy..at least that's what i heard.

Congrats! Although I am a K1 filer and don't know your process all that well, I am certain that if your email the Kingston embassy they will reply with your next steps. you may want to wait a few days till it arrives there otherwise they will just reply that they don't have it yet.

Thanks MoniqueDavid. with the CR1 case the NVC sends it to the Kingston embassy once the interview date is issued, when the embassy in Kingston gets it i would need not call about the interview date because they would email me to say they sent it and here is the date.
