I-134 Form

Hi guys, so we pretty much just finished filling everything out just as my printer ran out of ink. phew.

but then we got to the I-134 Form, and cody is going to fill it out once he is back in the USA and then mail me a copy to put with my copy

of the package.

But we arnt quite sure where this form goes, we read the checklist and it's not on there, and we can't find anywhere that states where this form belongs.

I'm assuming maybe it's something I take to the interview?

Can someone clear this up for us?

Yes, I-134 or affidavit of support only needed when you have your interview for K-1 visa at US embassy. For the initial petition, I-129F, you don't need to included to the package. Best of luck!

You're welcome. The US embassy in London seems pretty easy for applicants as far as my knowledge and spent time reading on VJ. My advise is, try to find post about US embassy in London - I think it was posted by Nick-Nick- and you have an idea what kind process you will going through after your petition is approved. It will make you have more time to prepare for the next steps. Good luck!
