Not sure where to post this. Can someone tell me what the US MRV Visa Fee is? In Singapore is that The S312 that is paid at Embassy? Is this the same fee thats paid after completing the DS-160? I may have jumped the gun here trying to get things rolling. They mention Standard Charter Bank. On Ustraveldocs.com it let me pay the $240 US MRV Visa FEE Payment using debit card from Philippine National Bank. So the receipt shows the amount in Philippine Peso. Im wondering if the two fees are the same and if they will accept the payment made online.

K1s in Singapore are supposed to pay the S$312 (equivalent of US$240) at any Standard Chartered bank, not online. The receipt that you get from the bank needs to be mailed in to the embassy along with a few other documents before they will schedule an interview date for you. See the attachments in this thread.

Contact the embassy (email: singaporecon@state.gov) and explain that you mistakenly made payment online. Best case scenario, they will accept your online payment. Worst case scenario, the fee is forfeited and you will have to pay the fee again at Standard Chartered.
