This is in response to the Request For Initial Evidence, issued on March 1st, 2014, for the I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Alien Number: Axxxxxxxxx

I-485 receipt: MSCxxxxxxxxxx

Dear Sir or Madam,

Alyse XXXXXX is the American Citizen spouse of Luca XXXXXX, the applicant for the I-485. She has been working full-time with XXXXXXXX since July 2013 compensated with $xx,xxx annually, which is above the poverty guideline for a 2-person household. However, since she did not work full time for the entire 2013 year, the most recent tax return may show insufficient funds and therefore we have included a joint sponsor, XXXXXXXXX, Alyse’s father. Please find below the following documents we have included in this packet:

- Original RFE notice

- I-864 form, filed and signed by XXXXXXXXX, showing that he QUALIFIES AS A SPONSOR based on the Income Requirements AND based on the Assets Requirements

- I-864A form, filed and signed by XXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXX, who file a joint tax return

- Birth Certificates & ID passport pages, proving that XXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXX are both U.S. citizens

- Letter from the bank, showing that the balance on the bank account of XXXXXXXXX has been open since 2010 with an average balance of over $ 200,000

- Bank statements, for the past 13 months of XXXXXXXXX

- 1040 form, tax return of XXXXXXXXX for the year 2012, which is the most recent available

- W-2 form, of XXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXX for the year 2012

- Extension for filing tax return, for the year 2013 for XXXXXXXXX and Alyse xxxxx

- I-864 form, filed and signed by Alyse xxxxxx, showing that she also qualifies as a sponsor based on the Income Requirements

- Employment Verification Letter, from Alyse’s employer indicating that she began working full time with them on July, 2013. She is being compensated with $ xx,xxx annually

- W-2 form, of XXXXXXXXX

- 1099 form, of XXXXXXXXX for the year 2012

- Pay stubs, from July 2013 to February 2014 of XXXXXXXXX

I hereby declare that all the information given above is true to the best of my knowledge. Please contact me for any further information by mail, by phone at xxx xxx xxxx or by email at xxxxx@xxxx.xx.

Thank you for your attention in this matter. Respectfully Yours,

Luca xxxxxxx
