Assuming that my fiance's gets approval after the interview, how long can we reasonably expect to wait before she receives her visa?

I plan to go to the Philippines to bring her back to the USA with me and I'd like to book the flight in advance so I can get a decent price on the flight. I was thinking of arriving 10 days after her interview and staying for about 5 to 6 more days. Do you think this is long enough for her to get the visa?

Any advice will greatly be appreciated.

Here's the U.S. Embassy Manila's advice:

"Do not finalize travel arrangements to the United States, dispose of properties, or resign from your job until a visa has been issued and delivered to you."
