No decision after AOS interview

We are still waiting for a decision. Out interview was on 27th Jan 2014 in San jose California. Are there others who are waiting for decision. I would like to hear from you all. I'm really worried and frustrated

Wow that's a long time. It's probably because they are backlogged. Do you have your EAD though? They will come to it sometime soon. I can imagine how frustrating it would be but try to focus on other things and cheer up :-)

We got an intent of notice to deny and replied to that 4 weeks ago. I don't see any progress after that. Is it common for them to take so long to process?

Oh ok. That might be the reason. Yours isn't in the regular approval timeframe then. Since they send a NOID, it might take a while to reach a decision after your response because they will have to review the case again. Hopefully they approve it for you.

Oh my! Will they review the whole case or just the document for which they sent the NOID. We were told the NOID is because the doctor failed to fill out all the test results in Medical record. and we sent the document all sealed up again from the doctor. Will they review the whole case again? and conduct another interview?
