Recent Vermont Transfers

Probably wont have a lot of information. But wondering what the timeline will look like to get an approval. Not too much data to make an educated guess off of. atleast yet. I did notice a few new ones and october ones are going there. I just hope they arent placed in the same file and our timeline gets pushed until May 2014 or later when they plan to get the average processing time to 5 months by.

As of December, Vermont had over 18,000 I130's and managed to complete just 800.

So then the other question is whether you got transferred to Vermont as part of the workload transfer or because you have AWA type hits (or have a name close to someone who has AWA offenses.) Because I would think that if regular files are being sent there that they probably will not be mixed with the AWA files. (Whom, I have a feeling, sit there a very, very long time.)

I noticed a total of 3 i think that got transferred to Vermont from August and September. Having said that a few from new petitions 3/4 and even 2/24 (when my case was transferred) were going to Vermont. Another hunch is, they could have cleared up some of their workload as they had transferred other i-129 etc since december to california. I am just hoping they get it done before the 60 day supplementary letter which means nothing. My name is one of the most common name in the world so could be it too. AWA..is that Adam Walsh act?
