Hey!

I got in DC jan 25 2014

My k1 visa expire april 2014

Im getting married on april 1st.

It will be whitin the 90 days...

I want to know if i will receive my application approuval before april 24?

Did they accept the form as long as your marriage as been done and form 1-485 filled whitin 90 days???

So confusing

Your K-1 visa was a one-time, one-way visa that was cancelled the moment you entered the US at your POE. Until your conditional Green Card is approved, your immigration status is dependent on your Form I-94. There is no time limit as to when to start the AOS process. Most folks on VJ recommend starting ASAP. I-485 AOS processing times are currently all over the board, some early, some late, some interviewed, some interview-waiver. Due to those likely protracted AOS (I-485) processing times, it is also recommended that you concurrently file for EAD (I-765) and AP (I-131) with your AOS application. At this time, EAD and AP take about 90 days to process.
