just had 3 pieces of pineapple and spoonful of coconut yogurt and took a nice hot shower. I feel better now.

I used to do smoothies and such in the morning and I eat vegan balls for lunch and and a whole lot of stuff later. Besides..I sit in a room half a day, cook the other half and take a walk 30 mins a day....that is ####### for someone who used to gym every day for 2 hours. I am feeling like a couch potato ugh.
