back..cookies are sammiched. Risotto made. Watching New Girl.

update: Dad in law just told me that if I move out and hubs stays here (as he is expecting) he is determined to move him out no matter what. So I told him he should have done that years ago. And he said he gets angry but then the mom doesn't listen to reason so he just stays quiet. We will see how this goes....

Ok, maybe I'll read all 9 pages I missed (seriously people, don't you work?), but we made our 35 minutes connection with tons of time to spare and are happily parked in Grand Forks. And OMG some people do really have those accents, the Fargo accents!!! Soooooo cute! It is obviously not everyone though.

It kind of reminds me of the Colorado plains thus far.

My friend Rick.....

the older son is like this daughter. Until I kicked him in the butt and got him into Citicorp. Now he's trying to get his degree thru Empire state college SUNY online. ESC.EDU for any of you interested.

Having done a while at ESC, I absolutely can not recommend it. If you need a full program, my experience thus far with UND's online program has been infinitely superior than ESC.

My mom used to stain my light color clothes with all the blue jeans coloring, making me so angry sleep.png

Did she wash them in warm or hot? I wash all my clothes cold, close to freezing and have never had color bleed issues.

if i did nothing i would go absolutely bonkers haha....thank god there is stuff to do and nobody actually moves their butts except for the dad.

oh he is filing clerk. and she is not complaining...she is planning on him quitting asap so i can take him wherever it is that i get a job. She got him the job...he never interviewed for anything...doesnt even have a resume. I realized that....oh god.

Oh no, oh no. She's a schemer, isn't she? Probably shouldn't have told you any of this if she really wanted it to work.

Jada, this is not a minor thing.

This is sad to hear that after you uprooted your life completely, he can't even show you a minimal respect.

It's just like he doesn't care... Or just he cares but when it's conveniently for him. But it'a all his mother's fault. She's responsiblefor his behavior.

Damn, this makes me angry and I really want to kick his bottom! girlwerewolf2xn.gif

J's hub's mom is an idiot. All she had to do was move him out of her house on J's interview day.

She dinna do that.

25 is a widely diverse age.....

The mentality between individual 25 year olds vary greatly. (As is true with all age groups) but the difference is more pronounced in this age group.

So his mother is 40? smile.png

nah she is 55. and yes, you are right it all depends on what people are exposed to during their 25 years.

26 next month.

This discourages me. I feel like by that age most people have grown up enough to be individuals, and if they haven't, they aren't gonna. I hope I'm wrong for your case, though, and he proves us all wrong. :( My hubby was a bit of an ### when we started dating, but we were 17, and he has since done a lot of growing up... then again, he wasn't glued to his mom's butt either. I dunno, J. He better wise up soon, because I don't think he could find anyone better than you. You deserve better. :(

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

Lemme recollect me at 25......

Oh yeah...I was super cool....(still am). :D

Ok, I'm being serious now.....

When I was 25, I had a lot of responsibilities. I was fearless (still am for the most part). I was immature at times. And in retrospect, I would have done a few things different.

And most importantly, I thought I knew a lot. But I learned that every time when I thought I knew a lot, I realized that I knew very little.

When I was 35.....I was doing pretty damned good :)
