made many chocolate chips cooking....32 to be exact.

Improvising with risotto since we don't have white wine and chicken stock...that will be fun...using verjus and veggie stock instead.

The chewy kind of cookies? I love the chewy kind but have never managed to make them that way.

I bought chicken stock one time, but only made a poultry profit on it.
