LOL I just spoke to my dad in law....he apologized for his son. We talked for a while and then he gets a message that hubs bought him tickets for a concert on the 10th of June cause clearly....I wont be here. Dad in law just shook his head and went to take a shower lol

I don't know myself lol He just assumes that no matter where I am he sure won't be there with me for the upcoming future and yes he bought tickets for himself and his dad seeing that in June I will no longer be here or it is unknown where I will be. I suppose he assumes that if i am here, his dad will just forfeit the ticket (which he would).

I know this is minor thing just...his interests and thoughts are nowhere near thinking about how we will manage things, or him actually thinking about us. he just thinks of himself and me separately as if everything happened him excluded and he will do whatever he is told to as long as it doesnt require any effort. grrr.

lol sigh. i am laughing cause that is better than being upset over it. its fine. he is getting better with groceries, and he did come with me to NYC. that is good.

Jada, this is not a minor thing.

This is sad to hear that after you uprooted your life completely, he can't even show you a minimal respect.

It's just like he doesn't care... Or just he cares but when it's conveniently for him. But it'a all his mother's fault. She's responsiblefor his behavior.

he messaged and said "there is Beck concert on the 10th of June too bad you don't know where you will be"

I said ..."yah..." and that was it. I didn't think he was buying tickets (while at work btw cause it is so extremely important..clearly....) and then his dad got message from him that he bought the tix. Hmm now that I think about it....maybe he did think his dad won't tell me...oh whatever. Screw it.
