I'm super lame and I want to dance around like a fool in spandex.

You can make some decent coin doing this, with the right agent and calendar.

I like veggies steamed. I do not care for meat or fish steamed.

We also grill a lot of what we eat. Another option for no oil, but that good crisp texture.

Ride em cowgirl!

I never steamed stuff...always wanted to try though...I boil veggies and/or meats. Have been using safflower oil lately since I heard olive oil is not so good for cooking.

update on itchy face: shower helped, nose still itches and cheeks *face* well, under eyes.

I'm really wondering who keeps passing around the rumor that olive oil isn't good for cooking.

Why not, it could spice up things in the bedroom?

I read that when heated to high temps it is better to use coconut oil or safflower since the smoking point is higher. Is all. Not that it causes cancer or anything but that its benefits are negated.
