My friend posted a pic on facebook showing the area between two cars filled with spiders and webs. She said to her sister, according to the post, that if she had the choice to walk through that or lick a homeless man's balls, what would she do? Well the sister instantaneously answers, lick the man's balls and curled up in a corner. I was amazed at how many said, oh yeah, I'd walk through those spiders, and I was like, dude... no... I agree with yer sister.

All the windows of the hotel were similarly covered. Except at the entry area, where I assumed they were working hard to keep spider and web free. I just kept thinking horror movie when ever I glanced towards an uncovered window. As it was, I spent almost the entire time inside the hotel, and didn't need to see the outside of the building much.

But there weren't any spiders inside?

Whatever, I'm not sure I'd be able to sleep in a place covered by webs... Even if they'd be outside...

No spiders in the hotel. But the outside was right out of a horror film. I don't know what was up with it.

As to burning the place down, I had the exact same thought. A couple years later we returned to the same hotel, same time of year, and no spiders.

Wife and I went to our favorite Olive Oil seller. Meant only to pick up a bottle of ubber high quality, freshly crushed olive oil. Walked out with multiple bottles of flavored oils and balsamic vinegar. There went hundred bucks in a hurry.

It already has. I'm looking forward to tuna kinilaw with jalapeno balsamic vinegar. Yesterday I was eating french bread dipped in a spicy olive oil and some freshly crushed virgin oil, and of course parmesan cheese. It was delicious. I think my wife is planning to fry some fish in the spicy olive oil tonight. Wondering how that will turn out.
