Trophie, it's very safe to say that Dutch is not getting your inheritance. Just make sure your treat it as such, and not as commingled assets. Take care to not transmutate the inheritance into marital asset.

Niki's idea is also good. Combine it with Darklars idea, and mine.

Overseas that money into a trust in the grand caymans, That money will never see the light of day lol.

BTW. If the above is in fact what you do, and in the future, a court decides that he's entitled to some of that money. Guess what, he's not getting it smile.png

Or lets say in the future someone sues you, and you owe them 1 million dollars....guess what, they ain't gettin it either smile.png
