Lawyer update

Well my husband wanted to take daughter, I wanted to call them and tell them to stuff it. So anyways my husband got to talk to both attorneys and warned them about her disability.

They asked if she knew what the truth or lies were,

if anyone from her friends family told her anything about the neighbor, (this one was not a clear question for her)

how old her friend was,

did she ever talk to the guy over the fence, or if the friends dad did

if she new who everyone was.

if her friend ever told her that he was stalking her. (this one was not a clear question for her)

Husband thinks they picked up on it and stopped with their questions. The transcriptionist read back her replies and she still had no clue what they were asking when they asked her to if she wanted to sign her statement. She didn't sign anything.

It looks like her friends parents are accusing their neighbor of stalking their daughter. This has been going on for over a year. The neighbor had enough I guess and is going after them.

I don't know what I'm more mad about this whole thing. But now makes me think I need to get more things set up to protect my kid legal wise all around not just this #######.

We live down the street more and I've never seen anything to make me worry about that guy, or any guy really but maybe having 6'5 brothers is a deterrent to most.

So apparently I've lost my mind according to some blogger by me thinking that 30+% of Danish women being "beaten badly" is a way overestimation. It just is so contrary to everything I know about Danish men and Danish culture. Even in countries where women have little rights, I would guess it isn't that high. That is just plain common sense.

I just think it is irresponsible to spread such things when even the most basic of experience in the country and with the people would tell you it isn't true. Not that it doesn't happen, but I don't know a single American who was "beaten badly" by a partner, most abusers are way too conniving for that.
