no, i wore my sensible work shoes. hate having to wear 'proper' shoes and a blazer on a friday. mad.gif

oh noes and i do too.....I bought one piece shirt-skirt thing (a dress..why did I not think to say dress)....makes me feel less proper but it is still proper...got a red and black one.

red! that is a fun colour. is the dress code formal business wear at the places you've been interviewing at?

ours is usually pretty relaxed except when there's presentations/meetings with external parties. generally we try to stick to a muted colour palette (white, black, beige, navy, brown) but shirts can be untucked from skirts, open toed shoes are ok, etc.

ya it is formal business and works well with my exec folder..since it is black with a hint of red. I worn it for my interview at NYU ya and probably will again.

I hate to wear simple heels and usually wear boots...not too high but right on the border of professional. They are comfy. Bought them at Bally after 3 moths of scouting out until they were on sale :D
