You do not want a house with knob and tube wiring. That carp is way too old and you will have problems, requiring modernizing at big $$$

I remember looking at a house that I bought in the Detroit portfolio that had this. OMG. Had it rewired, slowly, over a month, at someone else's leisure, and saved a bit of money.

Dogs love bunny if they can catch them. I used to have a cat that would catch and usually kill the bunnies then the dogs would find it and start eating them. The cat also left a few crippled bunnies in the yard that I had to finish off to. Often I knew this was happening, because a bunny in a fight to the death can be very noisy, and/or the cat would come back in nursing its wounds. That was one very tough cat.

Bunny ! Nom Nom Nom !!! my various dogs (never more than 1 at a time) loved to hunt and kill, and I encouraged this behavior, mixing in some training....

I'll bet the dog found another critter , a sick critter, and ate it. Prolly something along the rat-line.

stupid stupid spoon cookies from hell. bad bad cookies...cannot shape them properly uh uh....grumble. I made half of them and now they are sitting on the rack. And they will stay there until I am no longer annoyed at them. Bad cookies.

spoon cookies shape depends on spoon. i try to coat my spoon with something that makes the dough NOT stick to the spoon.

We have a queen bed & twin bed side-by-side. Mini-B. somehow takes up the lion's share of the entire set-up, wee man.

If the rubias aren't over here every night, it will be quite an expansive space for just me + cat, si man...
