Was the old place Bluepearl?

Doesn't mean he charges on the scale BluePearl does, but the association worries me. They quoted at least $5000 to operate on her, and never even looked at her, plus charged for the quote! We ended up going to the Monticello vet for a $350. Bluepearl appears to be a high profit generating vet, who cares about the $$$ and not so much the animals.

Honestly, I got nothing. This is the ebb and flow of forums imo. When they're run like this one is, you tend to lose people who have been hanging on only for the good. As I've said before, recently there seems to have been a mass joining of posters who are either jerks or want things spoon-fed to them. People who dedicate their time and energy to helping people in need can't be expected to hang on for these sorts of mouth-breathers.
