I dont live in Aurora but that might be why it's cheaper to live there. Go figure. (It has some areas that are considered ghetto which I assume means bad?)

Where is Darnell, when I need him to help answer tough questions in upper forum?

Darnell has a cold and has been laid out, funeral pyre style, for the last 12 hours.

I didn't want to say it in case you lived there, but Aurora is kind of considered a bad place to live.

It might be where we end up tho since housing is cheaper there. We'll try to concentrate on the better places like closer to Englewood or Foxfield. I'd prefer to live in Parker.

We have a friend who lives there, by Quincy reservoir and it's not too bad of an area there. Further north than that gets scary IMHO.

I am apprehensive about the gift buying for our first trip back. Although I have already drilled into hubby several times that each member of his immediate family only will get ONE MODERATELY PRICED gift each, I have heard too many bank crippling horror stories from other Ecu spouses to believe that this has actually sunk in.

be a cheap-@ss, and only purchase at garage sales , used online websites, or charity resale shops,

and tell no one.
