Diego does this, too, but by his knees. He had a lower back injury once and the therapist he went to gave him a bunch of exercises to do to, which included sleeping with a pillow under his knees. No idea how that helped, but he's made it a habit now and can't sleep without it.

I have really strong feelings against Russia and they got a hold on me and brought me to that thread and made me involved in an argument...

I personally feel Russia has a bit of a point in this case. Half of Ukraine is Russian speaking and culturally. Ukrainians can't seem to elect anyone but criminals to lead their government. Now they throw out the Russian speaking criminal, install a Ukrainian speaking criminal, and then start passing laws saying people in the Russian speaking areas can not longer use Russian as an official language. Given ####### hole Ukrainians have made of their country, can you blame Russian speaking parts to want to be part of even a nation as screwed up as Russia? They might still be in a ####### hole, but at least the ####### isn't over their heads.

I think the big deal is not Crimea. But the next steps of Putin. Who's next? Moldova? Belarus? Estonia? etc...

OK, now I am not talking politics no mo...ever again......for the rest of my life......anywhere...

Putin was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prise. He's truly a man that knows peace, a piece of Georgia, a piece of Ukraine..... So I agree you make a valid point.
