Speaking of fat, I've decided that I am going to fill the freezer with The Husband's favorite ice cream for his anniversary gift. Simple, "meaningful", and good for me secretly.

I'd say you need to look a little older, or your hubby will get arrested in some states.

That is Sapin Sapin, its some type of sticky sweet steamed dessert from the Philippines. It has a fancy food coloring pattern worked into it to, but you can't see it so well with the dried coconut on it. Its really pretty good, and fattening!
