So I was too lazy to quote, but the bathroom reno is going to be more then fixtures. I'll be replacing everything, hopefully the plumbing will be ok

I say drop a 20 foot cargo container in back,

turn half into a smokehouse,

the other half into a luxury bathing spot/outhouse with lavender water bidets.

oh, yeah, put the hot tub on TOP of the cargo container, so you and yours will get some much needed exercise,

then

turn the previous bathrooms in the house into mudrooms, instead.

In Arkansas, the hot tub goes in the pick up bed....duh!

Haha that idea would probably work out really well

My 16yr old boy and 18yr old girl are off to try to get their driver license. I'm hoping my daughter is able to do the test I've been working with her for 2 yrs trying to get her to memorize the test questions. I hope it stuck.ClockWatch2.gif
