OK...the kiddo would like some turkey bacon and pancakes....

I'm very familiar with weights and equipment. I worked out a lot until recent years.....but never with my own equipment other than dumb bells and an elliptical....

After reading the reviews, I decided that I really have to look at the bar. The primary concerns of an olympic bar are the collars, do they rotate? and the cuff on the collar. Do the welds get in the way of the plates sitting flush on the cuff? Does the stops fit nicely onto the collar?

The reviews are all mixed on Amazon, sports authority, etc....

ah..I did not consider it since I only ever use the bar without extra weights on it...it is like 20 pounds or a little less by itself so its fine for woman use...duh to me - you are a guy.

just had smoothie with extra nutritional yeast. Staying in bed for the rest of the day. Kicked hubs out the house to help his dad...he was not happy about it.

ah..I did not consider it since I only ever use the bar without extra weights on it...it is like 20 pounds or a little less by itself so its fine for woman use...duh to me - you are a guy.

A standard Olympic bar is 22.5 KG

he is repairing all the cars that don't work so they can finally have their 2 cars. first he repaired 2 cars from the older son, now he is repairing the other sons car and then he will get his own car back and he will need to repair that and then he will need to check up on his wifes car since its been making noises.

i smell 4 cars in the works, someway, somehow.

dad smells like a stand-up-guy. I think you should engage with him about helping you to get the drivers test done and NOT tell the toothless wonder about it.

that is what I got so its 16 pounds. Not the same exact one I have but ya..mine might be shorter dont remember.

Hey - that Fishing Show is in jersey also, right? if yes, you should call yer boat berth buddies and have them go with you (2 or 3 max) , share the costs, and swing by Sears before they close.

he is......we get along well and if it wasn't for him I would be nuts for sure lol. I would but seeing he has a lot on his plate....i has a plan to get that done as soon as I have a job.
