lol Kit...no did not take my temp but I know I dont have fever. When I do my body knows and i feel more like poop. It is just sore throat and nose filling up a bit....I just need to contain it since i got the interview on Monday.

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

oh yeah, SEEDS, baby !! You could certainly remix the yanked seeds into the stuffing bits... Seeds add heat, also.

TBH, jalepeno poppers is a Texas invention, we created them for the weak-mouthed, as a treat. Folk who canna handle hot stuff can eat a jalepeno popper with no fuss, muss, or vomiting.

Ya, I find that all recipes need a little tweaking. Two days ago I made a salad dressing based on allrecipes and it was gross...tried my best to make it taste ok.

Red chili is the best for heat for sure..I add it to stuff quite a bit.

Got two recipes for soda bread not sure if i am going to feel up to it today though.

Randomly, I've been making my own dressing from olive oil, fresh lemon juice and a bit of cayenne pepper. Massage that into some kale, add some quinoa, and other fun stuffs and boom healthy salad all up in ya.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

If I could eat like that I probably could lose more weight! I've grown kale in my garden, but I just can't bring myself to eat it.

OK...so, Sears has the Olympic bar that I want....But not in the 2 Brooklyn stores. And not in the Staten Island store....

Newport center mall is where its at. In Jersey City NJ.

For those of you not familiar. Its about a 20 mile drive from here.....Takes about 30 minutes. And the trip will cost 26 bucks in tolls to get there and back....

have you looked online? amazon or fitness store that delivers?

but....you will have your bar or you could order it...

I'm very familiar with weights and equipment. I worked out a lot until recent years.....but never with my own equipment other than dumb bells and an elliptical....

After reading the reviews, I decided that I really have to look at the bar. The primary concerns of an olympic bar are the collars, do they rotate? and the cuff on the collar. Do the welds get in the way of the plates sitting flush on the cuff? Does the stops fit nicely onto the collar?

The reviews are all mixed on Amazon, sports authority, etc....
