Timeline question about estimated approval times

Hi Everyone,

The timeline apparently has the function to be able to estimate approval times based on what has already been put into it. At the bottom of my timeline there is a paragraph of small print that mentions an "as early as date", yet I can't see one of these in my timeline.

What am I missing?

Thanks

So am i correct in thinking that the stage after the I-130 is considered separate rather than part of the whole picture?

Will I get an estimate for the next part ? I think it's a DS-230.

Thanks

please do not try to predict case complete dates on the ds-230,

as it's a variable at NVC,

and usually occurs within 60 days of submitting the DS-230/260.

No, not, please do NOT attempt this,

as each person's time to submit is different, variable,

and they, not NVC, control it.

[i say this as one of the fellas that's tracked this stuff for 4 years. Don't do it - it's a waste of time]

Log in again with a PC running Winders, report back what you see, this second attempt, soonish... Aye?

OK, got that. Thanks. A ball park time frame was what i was after. Personally I can't really control when the DS230 is submitted as I have an appointment with our lawyers who are looking after us. But at least I know that it's roughly two months.

Many thanks :-)
