WASHINGTON (AP) — The president of a prominent Latino advocacy group called President Barack Obama the "deporter in chief," denouncing the administration's deportation of nearly 2 million immigrants.

Janet Murguia, who heads the National Council of La Raza, also directed her anger and frustration at House Republicans for stalling on immigration legislation, which is languishing some eight months after the Senate passed a bipartisan, comprehensive bill. Murguia made the comments at an awards dinner Tuesday night.

"For us, this president has been the deporter in chief," Murguia said. "Any day now, this administration will reach the 2 million mark for deportations. It is a staggering number that far outstrips any of his predecessors....

The LaRaza group are known militants who have an agenda to bypass all immigration law in the US. Any illegal immigrant deserves an evaluation and if their is no legal justification for being in the USA, they should be deported. I'm fine with sending them home.

Yeah because nothing says privileged than coming from a single parent home, receiving public assistance, being a minority and raised by ones grandparents.

Obama is the epitome of the American Dream and a lot of White people just can't stand it that a Black man rose to such prominence and squashed all their stereotypes and roadblocks they have institutionalized. I fundamentally believe that most of the hatred has to do with his race.

And guess what? After two years we will have our first woman President and that will be another glass ceiling shattered so suck it!
