I'll be leaving on May because mom's celebrating her 50th birthday on April 23 so I decided to leave on May. I thought you're on AP already?

I'll be leaving on May because mom's celebrating her 50th birthday on April 23 so I decided to leave on May. I thought you're on AP already?

I'm "AP" as of today.. Hopefully it goes well and be "ISSUED" soon. Wow, advance happy bday to your mom.. ? I hope to leave in April 1st week.

I'm so happy for you guys.. but your post makes me worried about my visa. huhuhu... I had my interview Feb.27 and i was approved (i asked the consul and he said im approved) the next day, i checked my status it says "READY" but up until now my status havent changed.. I'm beginning to get really worried and paranoid.. im not under 221g.. and every girls who had the same interview date with me either got their visas on hand or have an AP status. and now knowing that you guys already got an issued status, ugh! im so worried now.

attached here is my visa status... you'll see that the date is the same because the embassy havent reviewed my papers yet. how long does the embassy get back logged? if i call on their landline, will they be able to review my status or what?

Hi I feel what you feel right now. I'm staying positive and keeping the faith.. If nothing happens on Friday, I will try to call them on Monday . Maybe you should try to call them, they will probably give you answers. But for some reasons they probably won't divulge some information. There's no harm on trying. For I will do the same thing if I'm on your shoe. I will keep praying... Let's update each other, more power and Godbless for our visa issuance ?

Hi I feel what you feel right now. I'm staying positive and keeping the faith.. If nothing happens on Friday, I will try to call them on Monday . Maybe you should try to call them, they will probably give you answers. But for some reasons they probably won't divulge some information. There's no harm on trying. Yes I understand what you feel right now. I considered this waiting process as the second most nerve wracking in all the process. Interview is the 1st.. ?... Anyway, let's hope for the best. Let's update each other..

Have you tried calling them for you concerns?

my fiance's mother tried calling them.. the first one confirmed that i am approved but they just cant say when they'll issue a visa. the 2nd one said that my papers are still under review and i just have to wait within 2 weeks.. after that timeframe and still no visa, i should call them again

I tried that no. That hank have me.. My status was confusing it was AP and went to Ready as of today..
