Hey guys!

So we just got our e-mail NOA1s for my AOS/EAD/AP. They said they have all been routed to the National Benefits Center and they all have an MSC tracking number.

A couple of questions - where is the NBC and do all AOS packages go there? I don't know half as much about AOS as K1s, and I thought some AOS get processed at CSC without interview and some at local field offices.

Could someone give me a rough idea of what to expect now? (I know about biometrics and all the rest of that, just wondered how their processing side of it works)

Thanks :)

Yap all the aos package goes to NBC first and it's up to them if they will transfer it to the local office or stay it to the NBC office. And also it's there discretion for the interview if they need it or not. I'm on the same process too. My biometrics appointment will be on Friday (mar.7). Good luck to us! :)

They all go there and then either are sent to local offices afterwards.

Usually you'll get your biometrics within 30 days of your application, they just take your finger prints and photo, and you do a signature on an electronic pad. After that is the waiting game for EAD/AP, mine took over 100 days - which was annoying, but 2 days after we received it. I was schedule my interview for my GC April 10th. So within 5 months everything will have hopefully be done for AOS!

Good luck, hope yours is as quick as mine :)
