Filed I-765 and I-485 in November 2013, no status update on EAD yet

Im a new member. I filed in November 2013. RFE sent to lawyer. RFE received 2/21/14. There is no status update on EAD aside from receipt of application. I called after 90 day timeline and today I got an email saying under review and will get a response within 60 days. It seems like my case is not moving at all. So frustrating!

Hi there , I'm happy in a way because this just proved that i'm not the only one in this situation, but i'm sad because i know how frustrasted this can be. I filed my I765(EAD) november 4 2013 electronicaly to the national benefit center, on february 4th 2014(90 days) i called their number and filed a status inquiry, i received the same response as you, 60 more days, My current ead expired february 14 th and my case still says under review. I received a letter from the NBC february 15 telling me if i wanted an expedite i should send supporting documentation that proves why, fax them the documentation on february 22snd. i also called their customer line on february 25th and did a new inquiry status with a request for an interim EAD since i'm over the 90 days. as of today my EAD is at 119 days and i still havnt heard from them. i have been on leave for my job for 3 weeks now and dont know what esle to do. One question for you?why the request for evidence(did your lawyer miss something in your application?) that could be his fault, i was told RFE's restart the 90 days period because you missed something in your application, but iam not sure. if thats the case your 90 days clock started back when they received the evidence. keep your head up and god bless
